Your goods will be on a pallet and will arrive on a vehicle using a tail lift and lowered off the rear on to a pallet truck. The courier will move the goods with the pallet truck to an accessible kerbside location at the delivery address provided. Please note that the pallet truck cannot move over steps, deep gravel or rough ground and the courier is not permitted to take the goods into your premises.
